In the last post 'What Sacred Sexuality is NOT', we unveiled 7 common myths.
So, if sacred sexuality is not about performance, seduction, or control… Then what is it?
🥁🥁🥁
Sacred sexuality is not something you do. It’s a way you relate—to yourself, to another, to Life itself. It’s a quality of presence that turns the ordinary into the holy.

It is:
1) Presence over performance.
There is no rush, no script. Sacred sexuality is a deep breath, a slowed pace, an invitation to be here.
2) Devotion over desire.
Not desire as craving, but as reverence. A longing to meet the divine in the other—and in yourself.
3) Union over ego.
Not about “me” or “you”, but the space in between—where walls soften, and something deeper and greater is born.
4) Listening to the body as a temple.
The body is not an object—it is a living altar. Every sensation is sacred. Every breath, a prayer.
5) Love as the ultimate teacher.
Not just romantic love, but The Love that sees and accepts all. The kind that holds you when you’re raw, real, and trembling.
6) Sacred energy exchange and co-regulation.
Two nervous systems breathing as one. A field of trust where emotions, memories, and energies can move, process and integrate.
7) Pleasure as a gateway to wholeness!
Not to escape, but to arrive. Pleasure not as a goal—but as a path to presence, truth, and divinity within the human form.
A Sacred Invitation - Short Practice ✨
No partner required.
Place one hand on your heart.
Feel your breath moving gently in and out.
Feel the life force within you—alive, whole, enough.
Let yourself be with yourself, just as you are.
This, too, is sacred sexuality.
And it begins with you. 💓
