The program runs 12 weeks, with 6 core lessons bi-weekly.
Between lessons, enjoy embodiment sessions, women’s & men’s circles, and bonus resources for deeper integration and embodiment.
It’s a rhythm designed for deep growth without feeling rushed — practice, integrate, and connect every step of the way.

6 core Live calls are held bi-weekly on Saturdays at 10am Pacific for 12 weeks. If you can’t make one, no problem — every session is recorded and replay links go out within 24 hours. You’ll still get the full experience, with guidance on how to practice together even if you’re tuning in later.
(That said, we always recommend prioritizing being there live for the deepest connection and support)

Yes! Between each live session, optional integration circles provide extra guidance, practice, and reflection to deepen your experience. Plus, we may offer a continuing community after the program ends, giving you the opportunity to stay connected, supported, and growing together (details coming soon).
